A weekly space to pause, reflect, and reset —

Sunday Sessions are where Consistency Culture is practiced.

Each session includes:

  • a simple review of the week (what worked, what didn’t)

  • an Effort Scale check-in to meet yourself where you are

  • one habit focus and one training focus for the week ahead

  • support, perspective, and structure — without shame or urgency

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about giving yourself a place to return to.
